Exchange Policy

At Sea Amour, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your swimwear. If your piece doesn’t fit quite right, we offer size exchanges only to ensure you get the perfect fit for your beachside adventures.

We have a 3 day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Please note we accept exchanges only for sizing, provided they are in perfect condition and our customer service has been informed within 24 hours of receiving the order. The customer must contact us via email at seaamourshop@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.

We do not offer any refunds. We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed. 

Swimwear

We request you to wear an underwear when first trying on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your swimwear has a hygiene sticker it is a must that this is still on for the exchange to be accepted.

Resort wear

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while we cover the cost of sending out the new size.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you may have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective measures.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and write us an email on seaamourshop@gmail.com mentioning your order ID.

Refund Policy:

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items exhibiting physical damage to the box or product, or those returned without original packaging.
  • Any product missing original items included at the time of delivery.
  • Art pieces or handcrafted products.
  • Gift Cards.

General Conditions for Exchange

  • If a replacement is not available we will issue a credit note.
  • Store credit issued by Sea Amour will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Products purchased using credit notes are considered discounted items and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. This includes credit notes issued by Sea Amour.
